CALL TO ORDER AND DECLARE A QUORUM

EXECUTIVE SESSION

2. Introduce an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Taylor, Williamson County, Texas, amending Ordinance No. 2021-30 Designating Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. Two, City of Taylor, as amended by Ordinance No. 2022-23, by amending the boundaries of Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. Two and to reduce the City's contribution to the Tax Increment Fund; containing findings; providing a severability clause; and providing an effective date.

3. Consider and approve Second Amendment to Development Review Reimbursement Agreement by and between the City of Taylor, Texas and Samsung Austin Semiconductor, LLC.

4. Consider and approve Second Amendment to Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. Two Economic Development and Chapter 380 Agreement by and between the City of Taylor, Texas and Samsung Austin Semiconductor, LLC.
